NWMC Vinyl Decal (STAR DESIGN Cut or Print)
QUALITY. This decal will be cut from industry standard high quality vinyl material, or digitally printed with solvent ink designed to last for many years. It is designed to be outdoors and is 100% waterproof.

APPLICATION.To apply this decal, #1. Carefully peel edge of backing sheet away from decal just far enough to expose the adhesive edge and fold backing sheet flush with decal. #2. Hold decal close to desired application surface, and apply the exposed edge of the decal first, then slowly smooth decal to surface with moderate pressure while removing the rest of the backing sheet. #3. Once decal has been applied smooth out any ripples or bubbles from the center outward. Small bubbles will evaporate over the next few days.
